TOURISM PLACE

Hello, there!

Here I would like to tell you a little bit about my experience and share some documentation when visiting a tourist area in the Wilis mountain area. Me and my seven friends visited the Jurang Senggani campground area to stay for a night.

Last year, we left at the end of March to go to our friend Numa's house, which is at the foot of Mount Wilis, Sendang. However, because we had to refuel and some other problems, my friend Azza and I were left behind. When we were on our way there the sky looked cloudy and unexpectedly, drizzle fell. At that time we left in the evening, and on the way there we did not get a signal, because we passed through a section of pine forest and teak forest that was bordering a moss forest (the vegetation was not too dense) and a macadam road. at that time we were actually afraid and wanted to turn around, but considering that on the right side of the road there was no barrier between the ravine and the road. We both tried to continue the journey and continued to pray along the way, hoping not to be misled by the one who was there. since one of my friends once said he had been misled when he was there, and only went around the graves for almost 2 hours.

We both passed many elephant grass farmers who were returning home after looking for elephant grass for their farm animals. inside of my mind, I actually wanted to be greet them, but I was afraid that they were not real people. might sound a little exaggerated, because at that time we couldn't think clearly after the fog descended and blocked visibility. After coming out of the forest, Azza's phone received many incoming messages and miscalled. They told us not to go to Numa's house, it turned out that our friends had arrived at the Senggani Ravine campground, and had been waiting for the two of us for 1 hour. We were a little relieved, finally there was life in sight. We arrived there, and began to prepare the tent and put it on the ground, also arranged the cooking utensils to prepare dinner and brew a cup of coffee and tea.

Besides the eight of us, it turned out that there was a group of elementary scout teachers who also held a camp. It was exciting to go to a new place, especially in nature. It felt calm and peaceful, only the sound of crickets and night animals could be heard. Fortunately, we saw fireflies, and we found a frog the size of an adult's fist, which we had never seen before in the city.

Actually, this year we wanted to recreate that moment when there were eight of us. However, unfortunately one of our friend, Zahro, has left us forever. She's such a kind person. Rest in peace, Zahro. We will always miss you. May you be placed in the best place, Allahumma aamiin. Al-Fatihah for ZahroπŸ’•πŸ€²πŸ»πŸ₯ΊπŸ˜”

Maybe this is my story, I'll see you again in another story!
stay curious, XOXO❤
