Depression can affect a number of aspects of life, including physical health, social relationships and daily activities. Depression can happen to anyone, including teenagers.

     Here are some strategies to prevent depression in teenagers:

1. Provide support and motivation to your child.

2. Build positive family relationships whitin the family.

    Foster open communication and strong bonds within the family. Encourage family activities such as shared meals and positive interactions that create a sense of belonging and emotional support.
